The Healthy Living Maintenance Program (HLM) consists of a Certified Moisture Investigation of a residential or commercial building per annum. The Certified Moisture Investigation is the new industry standard for moisture inspection processes. The field inspection is supported by a fully automated system that produces a standardized report by utilizing a tablet PC and a centralized custom software application. Furthermore, an annual inspection provides peace of mind to the client and manages liability of industry stakeholders, such as builders, mortgage and insurance companies, property managers, and realtors.
